Policies
It is our mission to bring you, our valued patrons, the very best in food, service, and value while showcasing the best of local, national and international blues acts. It is our desire to provide fairness in a seating policy while promoting a comfortable environment in which to experience the best in live entertainment.
Reservation Policy
Due to seating limitations, we will only be accepting a restricted number of reservations on those nights that we feature live entertainment.
Reservations will be taken for a minimum of 10 people and can comprise full seating or partial seating with a mingling area. Guests should begin to arrive no later than 7:30 pm. Large tables (full seating) and/or sections (seats and mingling) will be held for a maximum of 1\2 hour after the time of reservation.
All party bookings must be pre paid by Visa, MasterCard or cash.
All sales are final and non-refundable.
Reservations will not be taken for any of the Red Onion “Concert Series” events. Seating is on a first come, first served basis for these shows. Advance ticket holders will get first choice at ‘festival’ seating until a predetermined time at which point the doors (and any remaining seats) will be opened to non-ticket holders.
Festival Seating
Because we feel that blues is a feel-good type of music, and our seated capacity is limited, we promote ‘festival’ seating. This suggests that if you are two people sitting at a table with four or more chairs that we may seat others with you. In the spirit of conviviality, we encourage you to meet others that are likeminded in their musical choices. Who knows, you might even make some new friends.
